Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Granular Link web version and sign in.
- From the bottom of the left black panel choose "Help"
- Fill in the form with your details and click on "Request support from Corteva"

- Open the Granular Link application
- From the bottom left panel choose "Other" and then "Help"
- Fill in the necessary details and your message and click on "Request support from Corteva"
