Follow these steps:

Navigate to Granular Link web version and sign in.
From the bottom of the left black panel choose "Help"
Fill in the form with your details and click on "Request support from Corteva"

Open the Granular Link application
From the bottom left panel choose "Other" and then "Help"
Fill in the necessary details and your message and click on "Request support from Corteva"
