Raise a privacy request
Requirements:
- Access to a computer
- An active internet connection
- A valid Granular Link account
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Granular Link web version and sign in.
- From the bottom of the left black panel choose "My Profile"
- Click on "Make a Privacy Request"
- You will be redirected to your country's privacy request form to request necessary changes.

- Access to a mobile phone
- An active internet connection
- A valid Granular Link account
Follow these steps:
- Open the Granular Link application
- From the bottom left panel choose "Other" and then "My Profile"
- Click on "Make a Privacy Request"
- You will be redirected to your country's privacy request form to request necessary changes.
